• We build your home shell, making sure the main structure is established and secure, and then you take it from there, to finish it off.
• We build your complete home, but you want to do some of the phases such as painting, finish carpentry, or maybe you have some friends or family members who want to build your decks, do your landscaping, etc. This would make a housewarming gift that you will never forget.
• We build your complete home along with you, guiding you each and every step of the way, from foundation, to shell, to your finished home.
• We build your new home without you, meaning that once the final specifications are determined, our General Contractor will get to work and finish it exactly as planned.
